Return Policy
Our commitment to making things right for every customer.
If a shed is delivered differently than what is stated on the paperwork, Prairie Built Barns will work with the manufacturer, Prairie Built Barns, to make it right.
If a resolution cannot be reached, the customer may choose to cancel the order and return the shed, or request an exchange, if discussed with Prairie Built Barns and the Prairie Built Barns team. All exchanges must be approved by the Prairie Built Barns team, and this approval MUST happen before the customer signs the satisfaction sheet. Once signed, the satisfaction sheet confirms the customer has accepted the shed as delivered.
Prairie Built Barns' policy also states:
Repairs will be made if the shed qualifies under warranty coverage.
For Rent-to-Own sheds, the customer can stop payments and have the shed returned at any time; however, any past-due balance remains payable. For custom sheds, the security deposit will be kept to cover custom work and delivery costs.
Exchanges are subject to a restocking fee and redelivery fee.
